Refund Policy

Joyous handles payments on behalf of merchants. All sales through Joyous app are final and no refund will be issued.

Security Policy - Protecting your information

We do not collect any credit card information on our website. All the credit card information collected through our app is transmitted via industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to a PCI complaint third party vault. We do not store any part of the credit card sensitive authentication data (SAD) in our systems. We keep sensitive material secure at all times.
